CARE Board is Recruiting for an Executive Director

CARE Board is Recruiting for an Executive Director

Now entering its second decade, the organization stands at an inflection point. With expanded legislative investment – including a significant $30 million appropriation in 2023 – the CARE Fund is positioned to deepen its statewide impact and further elevate Washington’s leadership in cancer research. The next Executive Director will step into this moment of momentum, inheriting a strong foundation built through thoughtful stewardship and strategic growth. This leader will have the opportunity to shape the future of CARE Fund by advancing a clear vision, strengthening legislative and research partnerships, and ensuring that investments continue to deliver meaningful outcomes for patients, communities, and the broader life sciences ecosystem. To support a comprehensive search process, the CARE Board has contracted WittKieffer, an executive search firm. The Executive Director Leadership Profile can be found here.  Please direct all nominations and applications to Charlene Aguilar and Andrew Bean through the WittKieffer Candidate Portal by clicking here. Candidates can also find this portal via the WittKieffer website at www.wittkieffer.com.
