The Site is owned and operated by CARE Fund and is provided without charge. It contains or may contain information, communications, opinions, text, graphics, links, electronic art, animations, audio, video, software, photos, music, sounds, and other material and data (collectively, “Content”) formatted, organized, and collected in a variety of forms that are generally accessible to Users, including connections to mainframe data, databases, and interactive areas that may or may not be modified by Users.

You are responsible for providing all hardware, software, telephone, or other communications equipment and/or service to connect to the Internet and access the Site, and are responsible for all Internet access charges, telephone charges, digital certification costs, or other fees or charges incurred in connecting to the Internet and accessing or interacting with the Site.

We do not guarantee access to the Site, or that the Site or any link will be uninterrupted or error free. The Content within the Site may include technical or other inaccuracies or typographical errors. Under no circumstances shall CARE Fund be liable for any decision made or action taken by you in connection to the Content. Periodically, changes will be made and incorporated in the Content. We may make changes in the Content at any time.

You agree to access and use the Site only for lawful purposes and employ reasonable security practices as needed. You are solely responsible for knowing and adhering to any and all laws, statutes, rules, and regulations related to:

By accessing the Site, you agree that you will not:

• Restrict or inhibit any other User from using and enjoying the interactive features.

• Claim a relationship with or to speak for any business, association, institution, or other organization for which you are not authorized to claim such a relationship.
• Violate any operating rule, policy, or guideline of your Internet access provider or online service.
• Participate in the unauthorized use or disclosure by any party of any information accessed for any purpose.
• Claim ownership rights to CARE Fund’s applications, code, or structural framework of any CARE Fund database accessed from the Site.
